About the Case

Premier Nutrition Corporation, the maker of Joint Juice® glucosamine supplements, has agreed to pay $90 million to settle class action lawsuits alleging the products were falsely marketed as beneficial for joint health.

Two separate settlements cover different states and time periods.

Who Qualifies?
• Multi-state: CA, CT, FL, IL, MD, MA, MI, or PA — March 1, 2009 – December 31, 2022
• New York: December 5, 2013 – December 28, 2021

How Much Can You Receive?
~$10–$50 per unit*. Up to 6 units, no proof required; 7+ units need documentation.

For both settlements, payments will vary depending on participation. Any funds remaining after distribution will be donated to the Rheumatology Research Foundation.
